Rich plum colours - a violet perfume - then the pepper of a classic Shiraz…………….
Picked in early March 2012 and bottled at the end of February 2014, this wine enjoyed a long and slow maturation on oak. The french oak flavour gives length to the red berry fruit and spice of this well rounded wine.
Deep plum in colour with a lifted violet perfume this wine is elegant and fragrant. Dominant plum and raspberry flavours are balanced by white pepper and cedar, giving defined Shiraz varietal character. The palate is light and elegant with good tight acid and alcohol balance and ready to drink in 2015.
If you can spare a few bottles for the cellar this wine will continue to please beyond 2020 !
