SnowDragon Wines® is committed to looking after you, and this starts with looking after our world. We will leave our property and vineyard in a healthier state than it was found. We take responsibility for the environmental and social impacts of our business and continue to strive to improve the health of our land and consequently our animals and people.
Current targets include:
- adopting bio-dynamic principals across our property to improve health in the areas of biodiversity, soil fertility, crop nutrition, and pest, weed, and disease management.
- Maintaining self-sufficient water supply and improving water catchment health, increase efficiency of irrigation and investigate improved water quality options. Eg.Hydrosmart systems
- Develop plan for reduced fuel consumption and green energy provision for the property and our local community. Eg Solar and wind generators.
- reducing carbon and chemical usage during wine making and marketing processes, including a switch from paper labels to direct printing on bottles.
- Continued implementation of our whole property revegetation plan to improve local biodiversity, example and support Kangaroo Island management plans and off-set carbon points accrued during wine production, marketing and living life to the full.
Social targets include:
- Contributing to local community through honest and fun family participation.
- setting a realistic example for producers of achievable steps toward sustainable agricultural practises and the economic and mental health benefits gained by implementing them.
- increased awareness in the customer base in choosing products made ethically by small producers.
- increased awareness of the steps individuals can take toward caring for their environment through engagement, information and enjoyment in a healthy lifestyle choices.
- SnowDragon Wines® is committed to the prevention of alcohol misuse, abuse and consumption by minors. We pride ourselves on producing a high quality product to be enjoyed by discerning Adults of a legal drinking age, 18 years and over. For the safety and well being of everyone, please do not Drink and Drive. To drink and drive is a criminal offence.

Credit card processing

We do not store your credit card details upon the completion of the credit card transaction. If you’re uncomfortable using your credit card online, we also accept payment by cheque (drawn on Australian banks only) or money order in Australian dollars.

SnowDragon Wines® Customer Service
Goods will NOT be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).
Goods will NOT be delivered to unattended premises.
Goods MUST be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over.
WARNING – South Australian Liquor Licensing laws prohibit the sale of liquor to persons under the age of 18 years and the purchase of liquor by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post parcel delivery service. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. We also accept orders to P.O. Box numbers. Although we promise to despatch orders within 3 working days of full payment, please allow up to 14 days delivery prior to receiving your order.
The cost of postage and insurance for wine ordered through the SnowDragon Wines® website is the responsibility of the customer unless an agreement for free delivery is confirmed in the order process. Delivery cost is a flat fee for all packages and delivery addresses and includes transit insurance. The delivery/insurance cost will be displayed through the website at the time of purchase and is subject to change.
On-snow Thredbo, Perisher and Jindabyne and Kangaroo Island FREE 24 hour, door to door delivery service may be available at certain times of the year. Please contact Customer Service at SnowDragon Wines® for details. Unforeseen circumstances and weather conditions may delay delivery and we understand if this results in cancellation of order.
Prices, products and offers include all taxes.
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
SnowDragon Wines® is committed to providing advertised wines at website prices, but availability and prices may change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available at individual wine stockists. Printed Order Form prices are only valid for 6 months.
Wholesale and International Orders
Australian and International. Please contact Customer Service at SnowDragon Wines® for further information on your orders. All freight, taxes and duties are at an extra cost for international orders.
Exchange, Return, Refund and cancellation Policy
We will replace any damaged or broken product.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We will offer alternate wne or refund payment.
Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
We are happy to replace, exchange or refund all returns, if there is a quality issue. Please include original tax receipt and return postage receipts with product.
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.
SnowDragon Wines® welcomes feedback and attends to all complaints promptly. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your wine purchase, please contact Customer Service, between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, so that we can provide you with the best service possible. Cheers.
